How soon will I receive my order?
We ship orders Monday-Friday and you will receive it according to how long it takes FedEx to deliver there (certain zones will receive packages within a designated amount of time from its origin here).
The holiday season is a very busy time at the Chalet and we will have all orders sent out in order of being received in time for delivery by Christmas if the order is placed by the order cutoff date.
If you need your order delivered by or on a specific date, please let us know by e-mailing shop@Rcheese.com or calling the store and refer to your order number so we can accommodate your request.
Can I order other cheeses cut from the deli?
No, we only ship products that have been vacuum sealed. This type of packaging ensures that no moisture or air has entered the product. It is the best and safest way to keep your cheese fresh!
My cheese arrived warm. Is it still okay?
If your vacuum sealed cheese arrives on the warmer side, don't worry, it is still okay and safe to consume. Simply place the cheese in your fridge until it is cold.
How will my order be shipped?
We use FedEx for all of our shipping needs. They are a very reliable shipper, especially during the holiday season! Shipping options for transit time are available at check out. Ground shipping is available for most of the country, but we do require 3 Day Express shipping or faster in the warmer months if the recipient is a resident of the west coast. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska require 2 day or overnight shipping throughout the year.
Can I ship to a P.O. box?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes and we advise against shipping to them since that usually means the recipient won't receive their cheese for an extra day or two. If you would still like to ship to a P.O. box, we are happy to prepare a box for you to pick up and ship at the post office yourself.
