These baking mixes are made locally by Fowler's Milling Company in Chardon. The company grinds locally grown grains to make these scrumptious mixes based on old-fashioned recipes. The baking mixes typically require the home baker to simply add eggs, water, or fruit! These mixes contain no additives or preservatives. 

Each baking mix weighs 1 lb. and comes packaged in a cloth bag.
